Marcelino “Marcy” Valdez Arellano II is a professional basketball player for the Manila Stars of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). He played in the minor Philippine Basketball League (PBL) from 2005 to 2009 and used to play college basketball for the University of the East in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). In UAAP Season 67, he was named the UAAP Rookie of the Year.
