The Bacoor City Strikers are a professional basketball team playing in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League representing Bacoor, Cavite. The team first joined the MPBL during the Datu Cup or the 2018-19 season. It is one of the six active teams in the Calabarzon region and one of the two teams representing Cavite ( the other one is Imus SV Squad). The Strikers’ passionate fan base supports them in their home games at the Strike Gymnasium.
Bacoor City Strikers is named after the city’s Mayor Strike B. Revilla, who was a representative of Cavite’s second district. Since 2021, the team led by coach Aldrin Mornate with 25 all-time rosters. The team’s primary color, blue and white, implies their honesty, calmness, truthfulness, and sincerity in their game.
Strikers have been one of the most successful teams in the MPBL seasons making it recognized by Filbet as the team’s main sponsor.
