Makati OKBet Kings is a Filipino professional basketball team playing in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League and one of the 11 active teams based in Metro Manila. The team began to play in the 2028-19 season of MPBL , however, known as the Makati Skyscrapers, and has since gone to multiple names such as MAKATI Super Crunch in November 2018.
In this inaugural season of the MPBL, OKBet has begun sponsoring the Makati team beginning in 2023 and adopted the moniker Makati OKBet King. The group competed as the AFP–FSD Makati Cavaliers in Filbasket and the Chooks-to-Go Philippines 3×3. The Makati OKBet Kings have seventeen (17) members and since its inception, the team has been a prominent participant in the MPBL. The team has displayed the basketball skills of local talent and competed against other teams in the division.
The team’s home games are typically played at the Makati Coliseum, a prominent sports venue in Makati City. The team comprises diverse, talented basketball players, including seasoned veterans and promising young players. The coaching staff and team officials supervise the day-to-day operations and overall strategy. The team reached the Lakan Cup North Division finals for the 2019–20 season. Unfortunately, the competition was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
