The Muntinlupa Cagers are a professional Filipino basketball competing in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, representing Muntinlupa as their home city. It is one of the 11 current teams in Metro Manila and one of the four in the Southern Manila District and the only Metro Manila team that is part of the Southern Division. The team plays its home games at Muntinlupa Sports Center.
The Muntinlupa Cagers debuted in the MPBL in 2018, and have gained popularity over the years. During the MPBL inaugural season, the team defeated the Novatas clutch on January 27, 2018. For the past years, the Cagers changed its name from 1munti Emeralds in the Pilipinas Super League (PSL) to Filbasket. Cagers has an all-time roster of 18 players, is coached by Jack Azcueta, and is currently sponsored by Paramount Logistics Inc.
